Yep, this episode is my all-time favorite episode of Ed, Edd, and Eddy. The guys decide, after a fail attempt at making a super tire swing ride, to use this inflatable raft to create a luxury cruise. This cruise however, is setting sail on a small creek rather than an ocean. They manage to attract Jimmy and Johhny onto their raft at a small price of 25 cents each. The cruise involves sightseeing, sailing, refreshments, and the soothing sounds of 88-Fingers Edward (which is one of the reasons why this episode is my favorite!). As the cruise floats downstream, they float past the Kanker Sisters who spots them and creates there own raft with a bed mattress and sheets. They are interpreted as pirates as they try to ruin the Ed's scam by destroying their raft in hopes of some kissing action with the Ed's.
2. Ed's Tire Swing
This scam lead to the creation of Ed's Creek Cruise after the swing was destroyed. Both were part of the episode Avast Ye Eds. The idea was basically to build an epic tire swing and charge the kids in the culdesac a quarter for a ride. When they decided to test the tire swing, Edd involuntarily volunteers to be the test rider. Ed pushes the tire swing to extreme levels with insanely hard pushes. When the swing reaches unbearable heights, the tire swing breaks off and rolls down the road into the creek with Edd still inside. This episode is of my favorites because of the terror Edd goes through on the swing and the excitement Ed has pushing it.
3. Gelatin Pool
Its a hot day out and the Eds have an idea to build a giant pool in the middle of the culdesac. For some reason they decide to fill the giant pool with gelatin to help keep cool. The problem is, Edd messed up the gelatin formula and when Ed tested the pool he basically just sank to the bottom. Ed, on the other hand seems to enjoy the pool anyway. Ed sucks up all the gelatin in the pool. Some going in his stomach, the rest out the gaps of his teeth. At least someone enjoyed the pool...
4. Ed's Hot Air Tours
So this scam begins with Double-D's (Edd's) new invention, super bubble-brewing bubble gum. The only person able to handle the incredibly dense gum, of course, is Ed. Ed blows up a HUGE bubble and starts lifting Ed off the ground. Eddy had the idea to create Ed's Hot Air Tours! They manage to drag Johnny into a tour ride. So they stuffed Johnny into one of Ed's coat pockets and off they went. When Kevin spotted the giant bubble balloon, he hits a baseball into the bubble and blows it up. The fall actually sent Johnny through the ground all the way to China!
Personally, I think this is one of the best ideas they came up with! I mean who wouldn't want a pet Ed dressed up as a gerbil? He even had his own cage complete with water bottle, salt lick, and exercise wheel. Once in a lifetime opportunity right? This hilarious scam with scenes of Ed acting as a gerbil (which he was really good at) ending up being a failure after Sarah makes Ed babysit Jimmy for the day. Jimmy actually starts to learn from Eddy how to scam the rest of the kids. Jimmy takes his talents and becomes a rotten scammer as he creates his own scam and doesn't share with Master Eddy.
This scam was actually in the second episode of Ed, Edd, n Eddy ever made. The goal was to have people pay them to remove bee hives form their lawns. The Eds, being themselves, don't think the project through too well. they decide to basically beat down the bee hive with golf clubs and baseball bats. Of course, they started getting attacked by the bees and tried to run away. Eddy, who was sitting back and watching the project from a safe distance, successfully made it back inside his home. Ed and Edd tried to get inside the locked and were unsuccessful. Eddy opens the door only to find them both stung and swollen like crazy.
7. Rent-a-Clown
The guys thought up the idea to make a rentable clown circus hosted by themselves. For 25 cents you could rent your very own clown. My favorite scene is when they pull out a small car about the size of basketball. Edd wonders how him and Ed are supposed to fit in. Eddy manages to squeeze them in, but only their large heads are sticking out of the top. The picture of a small car driving around with the Ed's heads sticking out was priceless. Sadly, the scam failed as the kids weren't impressed, especially Kevin.
8. Triple-E Driving School
The Triple-E Driving School offers "professional" instruction on driving. Their classes offer a state-of-the-art driving course. The teacher is, of course, Double-D, and Ed is the cars motor. What do you mean by that? Well the car is basically a cardboard wagon, and the driver isn't even driving! Ed is doing all the work pushing and steering the vehicle. Once they sucker Nazz into their driving classes, Ed is distracted and stops driving the car. This leads Nazz and Edd to crash along with the driving school scam.
9. Chez La Sweat
When the Eds had the idea of become a repair crew, I knew nothing good can come from it! The Eds manage to actually break things than repair them. A see-saw, Jimmy's miniature oven, and even Johnny's home. How did that happen? Well they found Johnny stuck in a tree by his giant head being wedged between two branches. So Johnny asks them to grab some soap out of the house to slip him out. Ed manages to grab the entire sink instead of some soap. The Eds were forced to fix the sink. Again, Ed manages to also tear apart the homes furnace leaving the house full of hot steam. They got the idea to turn Johnny's home into a large sauna. They tie Ed extremely tight to the home's support beams for Ed to be a towel rack, and to not screw anything else. Being Ed, he managed to break the support beam to Johnny's house, causing it to completely collapse!
10. Taco Ed's Mexican Cuisine
Sounds pretty tasty doesn't it? It is, if you like taco shells made of paper, grass for lettuce, and grounded orange crayon for cheese! Ed seems to enjoy the blue crayons, as they seem to taste like blueberries to him. Double-D tries a yellow crayon hoping it tasted like a banana, and no, it did not. Also, on top of this super taco, is Eddy's Brother's Armenian Secret Hot Sauce. This hot sauce sets the Eds' mouth on fire and disfigures them. What they looked like: Ed Edd Eddy Thankfully they were able to cool down after drinking water from a sprinkler....
